Our meeting in February took place at Spring Day Creamery in Durham, recent ACS Award winner for their blue cheese! Besides attending to updates on our workshops planned for March and April, the meeting focused on Distribution: Issues, Questions, Experiences.
We’ll be firing up the pizza oven, so bring your favorite toppings!
